What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2.00 pm; check-out until 11.00 am.
For better management of the check-in we will need to know the arrival time, even approximate, and be contacted 30 minutes before.
You can give us this information by contacting us at the contact details shown in the confirmation voucher active 24/7.

How can you pay?

We accept cash, debit card and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners).

What are the terms of cancellation?

For 'Free cancellation' rate plans, payment is made at check-in and it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the check-in date; after this deadline and in the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee, corresponding to the cost of the first night, will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

For 'Non-refundable' rate plans, the charge is made at the time of booking and in the event of a change or cancellation there is no refund.

How can I reach the facility from the airport?

Bus:

Alibus, the fast bus connecting the airport to the city centre, and vice versa.

The useful stops to reach our facilities in a few minutes are the following respectively:

  • Piazza Trento (for the facility Piazza Trento, Suites and Residence 150);
  • Etnea (for the facilities Etnea Collection and Rindone 6);
  • Stesicoro (for the structure in Via Monte Sant'Agata).

Taxi:

Thanks to our partnership with industry professionals, we can organise your transfer to and from the airport at the best rates.

To make a reservation, simply inform the reception desk of your flight number and your estimated time of arrival; a trusted driver, already informed of the route, will wait for you at the gate and take you to your destination.

The fixed charge for this service is € 30.00 and must be paid directly to the driver, by card or cash.

The following are directions with the various parking alternatives for each facility:

 

Via Monte Sant'Agata, Etnea Portrait, Etnea Heritage:

  • Private parking "Autorimessa Centrale", Via Cimarosa 3, about 150 metres from the facility; cost € 15.00/20.00 per 24H (varies depending on car category);
  • Paid parking on the road (blue lines) Mondays to Saturdays and within certain hours, free at night and on Sundays and bank holidays.

Etnea Collection:

  • Private parking "Autorimessa Centrale", Via Cimarosa 3, about 500 metres from the facility; cost € 15.00/20.00 per 24H (varies depending on car category);
  • Private car park 'Parcheggio Trento', Via Musumeci 130, about 500 metres from the facility; cost € 12.00/18.00 per 24H (varies according to car category);
  • Paid parking on the road (blue lines) Mondays to Saturdays and within certain hours, free at night and on Sundays and bank holidays.

Rindone 6, Residence 150, Piazza Trento e Suites::

  • Private car park 'Parcheggio Trento', Via Musumeci 130, about 200 metres from the facilities; cost € 12.00/18.00 per 24H (varies according to car category);
  • Paid parking on the road (blue lines) Mondays to Saturdays and within certain hours, free at night and on Sundays and bank holidays.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have free wireless internet in all facilities.

Do you organize tours and tastings?

Certainly.

We rely on a professional agency that organises tours and guided visits to the most picturesque places in Sicily, with pick-up directly at the hotel.

Our staff is available to request quotes and to book car rentals from the main agencies in the sector or from our partners, with pick-up at the airport, city centre or with delivery directly to the hotel.

Do you accept animals?

No, unfortunately animals are not admitted into our facilities.
