These properties have two levels and a total area of about 45 m². Vicolo Ninnari is characterised by its rustic design, terracotta floors and warm colours; the other, Via Grotte Bianche 105, has a more modern style, total white walls, parquet and wooden furniture. The subdivision of the interior spaces is similar for both: on the first level there is a comfortable and elegant living room decorated with specially made furniture including the kitchen; on the upper level there is the bedroom served by a modern bathroom and equipped with all comforts.
