Three apartments, located on the 1st floor of a building from the 1940’s, set up for an international clientele that puts comfort and lifestyle at the top of their travel expectations.
Covering an area of 40 square metres, they have an elegant living room surmounted by a 'pavilion vault' that recalls the architecture of the 1940s, when the building was constructed. In the same room, there is a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator and washing machine, and a comfortable sofa bed. The sleeping area as well as the bathroom complete the rooms in these flats, which were built with the aim of offering those who live in them a completely relaxing stay.
The Superior flat is characterised by its modern and refined design. It has a living area with a handcrafted and fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa bed. The bedroom, with sommier and memory foam mattress, has direct access to the balcony, equipped with chairs and table, and to the laundry room. A large bathroom with shower cubicle completes the rooms of this flat, which is unique thanks to modern amenities such as central heating, smart TV and wireless connection.

For any type of reservation, a credit card will be requested for the deposit. The Company reserves the right to carry out pre-authorization before the date of check-in.
Free cancellation
In the event of cancellations or changes up to 3 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation or changes made after this date, including no-shows, you will be charged for 100% of the cost for the first night.
No refund
The full amount will be charged at the time of all reservations and in the event of cancellation, changes or no-shows, no refund shall be given.
